RaceVault
Now resolving results across every major timing platform

The canonical source of truth for road race results

RaceVault ingests race results from timing companies and organizers, resolves duplicate and conflicting entries across sources, and gives you one clean, validated, provenance-tracked record per runner per race.

The problem

Race results live scattered across hundreds of timing companies and organizer sites, in inconsistent formats, with no shared identity for a runner across races or a race across sources. Building anything on top of that data means redoing entity resolution and validation from scratch.

The solution

RaceVault does that resolution once, centrally, and keeps the provenance of every field. The result is a single canonical dataset — queryable by API — that other tools, timing companies, and runners themselves can rely on.

How it works

Ingest
Results come in from timing companies, race organizers, and public results pages — every source in its own format.
Canonicalize
Runners and races are matched and deduplicated across sources, so the same person’s result never appears twice under two spellings of their name.
Validate
Times, splits, and placements are checked for consistency, with every field traceable back to the source it came from.
Serve
One clean, provenance-tracked record per runner per race, available through the API or the results archive.
